   •    Completion of this form does not guarantee that a property will be offered to you.

   •    Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your application being declined.

3. Data Protection
   •    Information provided will be used solely for the purpose of assessing your suitability as a prospective tenant.
   •    Your data will be stored securely and handled in line with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
   •    We may share relevant details with landlords, referencing agencies, and credit-checking services where necessary.

4. References & Credit Checks
   •    Submission of this form provides consent for background checks, including credit, employment, and previous landlord references.
   •    A final tenancy offer is subject to satisfactory checks and landlord approval.

5. No Guarantee
   •    Completing this form does not secure the property.
   •    Properties remain available until a tenancy agreement has been signed and a holding deposit (if applicable) has been received.

6. Pets, Dependants & Adverse Credit
   •    You must disclose any pets, financial dependants, or adverse credit history in this form.
   •    Failure to declare may affect your tenancy offer or result in termination of a tenancy.
